Paula Webster-Grant Recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Entertainment Management
Ms. Webster-Grant's company celebrates the birthplace of the "Philly Sound" and nurtures new talent

PHILADELPHIA, PA, August 29, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Paula Webster-Grant, Chief Executive Officer of Phillybass'd Records, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in entertainment management.

Ms. Webster-Grant has always had a passion for music, and has been able to turn it into a career lasting more than 30 years. As the chief executive officer of the entertainment consulting group Phillybass'd Records, Inc., she takes pride in her company and knowledge of artist development. For a decade, she has spent her time interacting with artists in several capacities, managing contracts and entertainment agreements, and overseeing office affairs and copyright issues.

Ms. Webster-Grant and her business partner, Jill Berger, recently had great success with the shining star of their business, Robert Allen, who is the co-writer of Chris Brown's song "Forever" and Rihanna's multiplatinum hit "Disturbia." Robert Allen has three songs on Chris Brown's newest album and one song on R. Kelly's newest album. Phillybass'd Records takes pride in the development of its talent, teaching the artists what it takes to become successful in business, and offering guidance to performing artists.

Ms. Webster-Grant earned a Bachelor of Science in biology and chemistry in 1978 from Arcadia University followed with an MBA in 1995. She is a member of the American Management Association, National Association of Professional Women, and National Association for Female Executives. In 2000, she was presented with an Entrepreneur Award.
