Spotlight 29 Casino Adds More Live Music To Weekend Schedule
Local Band Shaken Not Stirred to Perform Friday Nights

COACHELLA, CA, August 05, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Spotlight 29 Casino has given guests another reason to hit the casino on Friday nights -- more free live music! Every Friday night in August Shaken Not Stirred will be performing in the Casino Lounge.

The local band, a favorite among Valley residents, will be playing live music on Fridays from 9pm - 1:30am in the Casino Lounge.

Shaken Not Stirred features Indio residents Abie Perkins on vocals and keyboard and Humberto Vela on vocals and drums. The duo has been performing together all over the Coachella Valley for over seven years at clubs, concerts, corporate events and parties.

Shaken Not Stirred plays a wide variety of music from Reggae to Rock to R&B to and Jazz. Guests will hear songs from popular artists like Jimmy Buffet, Justin Timberlake and more.

Also on Friday nights, Spotlight 29 Casino offers shows in their FREE Friday Concert Series. All shows start at 8pm in the Spotlight Showroom.

On Saturday nights from 9pm - 1:30am, The Carmens will be featured in the Casino Lounge. The couple have been performing at the Casino since February.

Tony and Cynthia Carmen are well-known in the Palm Springs area for their memorable covers from the 60's through the 90s. They've taken inspiration from such artists as BB King, Linda Ronstadt, Etta James, Carol King and Natalie Cole.
